John
Owner – Second Generation
John has been a part of Sandegrens since 1977 and has led the company for decades. As an owner, and second-generation member, he brings years of experience, dedication, and a genuine commitment to the customers and team he serves. John is married to Diane, who has also been a long-term member of the Sandegrens team. Together, they have two sons. When he’s not at work, John enjoys gardening, woodworking, and fishing.
Jake
Owner – Third Generation
Jake joined Sandegrens in 1998 and has spent nearly three decades building his experience, knowledge, and passion for the HVAC industry. As an owner and third-generation member of the Sandegrens family, Jake takes great pride in carrying on the company’s tradition of quality service and treating customers like family. Jake and his wife, Shana, have two daughters and a son. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and hunting, as well as watching baseball.
Jim
Second Generation
Jim has been part of the Sandegrens team since 1987, bringing more than three decades of experience to the company. As a second-generation member of the business, he has played an important role in Sandegrens for many years. Away from HVAC, Jim has a passion for art, especially drawing. After so many years in the industry, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and dedication to everything he does.
Eric
HVAC Technician – Third Generation
Eric has been a third-generation member of the Sandegrens team since 2004, bringing years of experience and knowledge to his work as an HVAC technician. He takes pride in helping keep our customers comfortable and enjoys being a part of a team that has served the community for generations. Eric is married to his wife Marty and is the proud dad of two sons. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports, playing golf, and spending time with his family.
Jonathan
HVAC Technician
Jonathan joined Sandegrens in 2023 and quickly became a valued member of the team. As an HVAC technician, he enjoys helping customers stay comfortable and taking on the challenges that come with the job. Outside of work, Jonathan is married to Kayleigh and is the proud dad of two sons. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys playing golf, gaming, and working on landscaping and other yard projects.
Diane
Customer Service
Diane has been a familiar voice at Sandegrens since 1978. With decades of experience answering phones, helping customers, and keeping things moving behind the scenes, she has been an important part of the Sandegrens team for many years. Outside of work, Diane enjoys spending time with her husband, John. Together they have two sons. In her free time, Diane enjoys watching cooking shows, going thrifting, and adding to her collection of Pyrex and cookie jars.
Kayleigh
Office Administration – Fourth Generation
Kayleigh joined the Sandegrens team as a fourth-generation member in 2022 and helps keep the office running smoothly. She has her BA in Accounting from Bellevue University and brings her organizational skills and attention to detail to the day-to-day operations of the business. Outside of work, Kayleigh enjoys spending time with her husband, Jonathan, and their two sons. When she has some free time, she enjoys reading, going on walks, and tending to her flowers.
